Guess I forgot…

I must have forgotten to post yesterday, I honestly thought I did. In the morning I went to the office and around 11 went to the mall to get some stuff for my clients, then ran back to the office drop the stuff to go to my chiropractor.
Speaking of chiropractor, they suggested I get this therapy called Graston Technique for my back, I thought it was just a new massage or something, so I agreed, well when you are in a doctor’s clinic you rarely disagree right? Anyway I was lying on my stomach on the massage table or whatever its called and the next thing I knew someone brought in a tray with these instruments laid on it.
Well I almost shit in my pants, it looked like more from a medieval doctors tool box than a modern clinic. It did look scary and although they look pretty blunt, it scared the shit out of me.
Back to the story, after getting back from the doctors, I went back to the office then ran to my client’s office for a meeting. After which I headed back to the office and wrapped things up before fetching my guest (a blog reader in town) and took him out to dinner with J. I only realized that I missed posting last night when I came home but since it was past 12mn, it was pretty useless to post anything anyway.
